Bo Logic provides AI-powered lead generation services for property management firms, including automated outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling through our AI SDR technology.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam or unauthorized communications

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Bo Logic and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to provide any data you submit to our platform and that such data does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, LEAD QUANTITIES, OR CONVERSION RATES. RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON MARKET CONDITIONS AND OTHER FACTORS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BO LOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms.
